Introduction
Product Design @ Inovalon
During Summer 2024, I joined Inovalon’s Front-end Revenue Cycle Management team as a Product Intern. After the internship, I stayed on the team as a Contract Product Designer through December.
During my time at Inovalon, I worked closely with my mentor and a cross functional team, conducting user research and designing a high-fidelity prototype for Registration Workflow, a new platform aimed at simplifying front-end revenue cycle management workflows to accelerate care access. It was an incredibly rewarding experience that allowed me to grow both professionally and personally.
